Do you do custom work?

  • Nope!  If you want to make your own enamel pins, check out Enamel Pins: 101! It's my course + community that teaches you how to start or grow a pin business.

What's your shipping policy?

Do you accept returns?

I have a question about my pin club subscription!

  • If you need to change your address or edit your pin club subscription, please refer to your original sign-up emails for your login information.  You have control over your account in your own personal portal!
  • If you don't have your login info, please email us at hello@beckyhelms.com and we can send you a link to get in or reset your password.

How do I contact you about my order?

    • If you have any issues with your order, please see the shipping policies, or reach out to us at hello@beckyhelms.com.  We usually respond within 12-48 hours (usually sooner, but life happens!).

Do you offer wholesale?

  • Yes!  If you have a brick-and-mortar shop and would like to carry our pins, please check out our wholesale page.  We've got details about shopping directly or through Faire, plus our current best sellers!
